Our route maintenance module has been designed to give you complete management of delivery schedules, inventory, and cash control. The routes are easy to set up and maintain, yet full-featured and flexible.

ROUTE MANAGEMENT
Routes can easily be added or edited with a route name, number and delivery days. Route stops for individual customers can be easily added, edited, deleted or resequenced. Stops can be moved from one route to another individually or in batch. Keeps route stop notes for reminders of stop preferences on the drivers manifest. Keeps a route/stop association table for suggested route in area for customer call-in or requested pickup on-line.
EASY ORDER PREPARATION
Invoicing uses the same easy entry screens that are used in the counter menu. Printed invoices with customers' route and stop numbers allow for easy preparation of orders prior to delivery. Invoices can be auto-racked to the drivers line for delivery coming out of assembly.
SCHEDULE CALL-IN'S FOR PICKUP
Handles customer call-ins for pickup. Suggests route for call-ins that are not a regular stop. Call-in receipts are produced for tracking and added to the drivers manifest. An unticketed call-in report is available. Call-in's can be messaged to a driver's cell phone if scheduling for today.
ROUTE RECEIPT PRINTING
Print route receipts prior to delivery. Route receipts can be printed on an individual basis or in batch for a particular route and delivery day. Route receipts can be tracked for accountability, and a batch void is available for unused receipts.
DRIVER MANAGEMENT
A driver's manifest report can be viewed or printed for each route. A route preview report can be run to trouble-shoot invoices not yet ready to be delivered (available in detail or summary for all routes or one). The drivers manifest can export stop information to MapPoint© for a detailed map and suggested stop order.
BILLING OPTIONS
Customers can be billed on delivery or prepaid on credit card. Separate bill cycles can be setup for routes and statements can be printed in stop order for driver delivery. Customers can be set up as COD, requiring drivers to collect before delivering orders showing the amount due to collect on the drivers manifest. Credit card on file capabilities for autobilling monthly or prepay in batch when delivery orders racked as ready.
INVENTORY TRACKING
Tracks inventory through production, racking and delivery. Keeps separate inventory listings for route or group of routes. Auto-rack ready orders for delivery or use cordless scanning device.
REMOTE MARK-IN
Remote laptop markin feature available for routes and fire restoration. Downloads invoice information and prints when merged back to the master database.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Maintain separate deliver-to and bill-to addresses. Look up customer location and directions directly from the customer maintenance screen. Run separate listings and marketing for customers of a specific route or routes. Check which route better suits the customer's location on the fly.
INTEGRATION
Integrates with: Auto Dialer calling system, leading mapping software, Cleaner Options, mobile route scanning devices, route sorting conveyors.
