Compassmax maintains more than 80 fields of information on each customer, giving you an accurate and in-depth profile of your customer base. With a few keystrokes, you can locate inactive customers or new customers. You can also track customers on multiple criteria – including what they’ve spent and what services they’ve used.
- TRACK CUSTOMER SALES
- Track a customer’s year-to-date sales, number of visits and number of pieces as well as previous years’ sales, visits and pieces. Monitor customer sales over any time period (week, month, quarter, etc.). See sales breakdown of service type and percentage of business in each service in just one click. Generate mailings based on year to date sales cut-off, sales decrease in a type of service or top customers for any time period defined. Rate customers (gold, silver, platinum, etc.) based on sales levels reached.
- UNUSED SERVICES
- Tailor marketing materials to customers based on their history of type of service. (ex: "Who is giving me shirt business but not drycleaning"). Generate more revenue in a service not used.
- "WE MISS YOU" MAILING
- Determine who has not been in for a certain period of time and send them a “We miss you” mailing encouraging them to come back or create a listing of missed visits based on estimated frequency. Add more criteria with a year-to-date or prior-year sales cut-off.
- CULTIVATE NEW CUSTOMERS
- Generate a new customer listing and welcome them back with a direct mail campaign. Setup a "Welcome Coupon" in the coupon table and track the return/usage.
- CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS
- Offer automatic discounts to specific customers (institute a vip customer discount or a senior citizen discount). You can apply this discount to all items, or choose specific items in your price list on which your customer discounts will apply.
- PROMOTIONS AND FREQUENT FABRICARE PROGRAMS
- Institute a frequent fabricare program offering a coupon or credit on account against future cleaning services based on a points accumulation - or - offer coupon/credit or give-away promotions based on points accumulation or sales level reached (ex: sales level1 = dinner for two). See when promotions and frequent fabricare awards are issued, produce listings of awards given over a period of time.
- CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE
- Maintain a customer’s complete mailing address, including two searchable phone numbers. Keep separate track of a spouses name, work, and cell phone numbers. Keep track of customer preferences (such as starch, hangers or pre-authorized approval for repairs up to a certain dollar amount). Use reminders to collect incomplete address or email information over the counter. Use customer notes for additional preferences and handling instructions. Keep track of customer service issues and repeat issues over time. Use customer default store / route or sales code to organize mailings and listings.
- MAILING OPTIONS
- Produce postcards, mailing labels, and letters based on the criteria you select. Offers exports for use in popular software for mail merges such as Microsoft Word. Marketing can be sent via email or exported to a phone dialer system. Integrates with The Marketing Shop for statistical analysis reporting.
- REFERRALS
- Keep track of customer referrals. Maintain a table of retailers and retail sales reps for retailer referrals. Produce a listing of customers that were referred by another customer, retailer or specific retail sales rep.
- USER DEFINED TRACKING FIELDS
- Unlimited tracking fields can be setup for listings and mailings. Keep track of customer birthdays for birthday mailings, or customer attractions to see what is bringing new customers in. Organize customer lists in different categories or collect other information to help keep good customer relations.
