VIEW PROBLEM ORDERS
See problem orders that are not ready prior to the promised date and time. Opt to split an item off onto it's own invoice to be held back for more work.
LOCATE NON-PRICED ORDERS
Locate orders that have not yet been priced, such as alterations or repairs. Be alerted of zero-priced items with the racking exception report or by monitoring the zero-priced item report.
RACKING HISTORY
Maintain a complete racking history for each order and individual item. Ability to search or include rack locations or ranges in a variety of reports.
TAKE INVENTORY
Take a physical inventory any time during the day. Cordless scanners, attached scanners or manually entered. Reports can be generated any missing tickets or misracked orders by comparing what was entered versus what is in the system. This will help you find any potential errors, theft of garments and control your cash. For a quick check run a location listing of any rack or conveyor.
CONTROL AGED INVENTORY
Setup your own aging periods, then access inventory lists, mailing labels and even postcards to send out reminders to your customers. Multi-layered late fees or "storage" fees may be automatically applied to aged inventory. Send e-mail reminders or a phone dialer system for aged inventory.
MONITOR PIECES NOT MARKED IN
When using quick receipts on the counter or route receipts for pickups, the system can identify any orders that are still waiting to be marked in with the unticketed reciept report. Alerts can be set as a reminder when accessing a customer of quick receipts already issued and not used.
VALUE OF INVENTORY
Get an accurate picture of the total value of your inventory at any time. Average price per piece, ticket and department listings are also available on a variety of reports. Print a company recap summary of the day including inventory value at the beginning of the day, plus inventory increase, less inventory decrease, resulting in the ending inventory value of the day. Breakdown/audit inventory increases and decreases.
PIECE COUNT REPORTING
Piece count reports can be printed on several different criteria to provide you with accurate and useful management information. This includes piece count reporting by drop-off date, pick-up date, due date, rack date and customer. Use piece count reporting to budget production for the day, detailing the number of each type of garment that is due, keep track of average price and upcharges per piece.
PRODUCTION STATUS
Run Production Forecasting - Look seven days in advance to determine workload and labor - temporarily change default due dates when too many pieces are being promised on one day. Production or lot status can be monitored and automatically refreshed to display todays work load, showing pieces due for the day, what is in assembly, racked as ready or still in production and missing from completing the order. Use automatic split features to get ready pieces out the door quicker.
INDIVIDUAL PIECE TRACKING
Ability to scan individual pieces by operator for unlimited user defined tracking areas such as cleaning, pressing, and assembly. Know where each piece was last located at any point in time. Run garment detail listings by date/time/operator/scan department or service. Keep track of garment rejections. Use clock in and out features to calculate pieces and score by operator hour (PPOH).
