Comprehensive cash control is provided, including an audit trail of all activity in your cash drawer. Credit card processing software makes it easy to process credit transactions. And a full range of easy-to-read reports keeps your business working smoothly and at maximum efficiency.

CASH CONTROL OPTIONS
Cash control options available in the system include: Cash Drawer Report, Tracks Pick Ups, Prepays and Cash Drawer Activity by date/time/station/store and operator, Watch Reporting, Inventory Control, Operator ID and password security, Credit card encryption, Encryption Key Management, Cash Detail Report, keeps track of overages and shortages, Pickups can be locked from exit without cashout unless manager override, and more…
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Customers can pay by cash, check or credit card. Any combination of the three can be handled using a split pay transaction. A customer can be set up on a “bill me” basis, to receive a statement at a later time. Their account is automatically updated at the time of pick up. Process all major credit cards at your front counter. Integrates with popular credit card processing software. Keep signature on-file in the system for processing prepays on credit card or monthly credit card billing.
CASH DRAWERS
Works with serial, parallel and USB cash drawers. Drawers can be assigned to one responsible operator or shared. A cash drawer can be cashed out at any time, automatically generating the cash drawer report. Cash Detail report shows when drawers were started and cashed out and any overage or shortage if counted.
PREPAY
Prepay function available for both deposits on invoices and full invoice amounts. Can set to prepay all invoices or select to prepay when needed. Prepay uses all payment method types available at pickup.
PICKUP OPTIONS
Offers full pickup features at every station or optional cashier station features. Cashier station keeps orders accessed for selection on screen to be cashed out. Force scan ticket option to elimate wrong order mistakes. Can set system to allow/disallow coupons at pickup. Option to disallow exit from the pickup screen without cashing out or manager override.
WATCH REPORTING AND LOGGING
Records when the pickup screen is entered and ticket balances viewed. Record whether or not tickets were cashed out or selected for cash out. Records when drawer is open for change. Alerts when change is made immediately following an exit from the pickup screen without cash out. All functions accessed in retail operations are logged with date/time/station and operator. Watch reports are tools that can be used when looking for missing tickets after inventory and checking who last accessed the customer's invoice information. Function and transaction logs can be viewed from the support console.
REPORTING TOOLS
