Compassmax has more auto-assembly features and options than any other system available today. We integrate with the three leading auto-assembly systems: Metaprogetti; HMC Solutions; and White conveyer systems as well as offer our own Assisted Assembly feature. Our assembly features are unique in that you can manage your production from one production status screen making your plant as efficient as it can be.

PRODUCTION STATUS
Gives you a wealth of information on one screen. Watch the progress of assembly, print a missing item report. Auto-split all orders still waiting for garments at the end of the day to clear assembly and get orders out. Manage production status by service type or lot.
AUTO-SPLIT INVOICES
Offers auto splitting of items at mark-in or assembly. Manual split suggests best split method on a partially complete order. Auto-splitting at assembly helps move garments through assembly faster, placing the first garments ready together on the same invoice. Can split ticket at the pickup screen, allowing pickup of only items now ready from an order.
BARCODING
Unique barcoding symbology so a barcode cannot be read improperly. A feature not usually found in other systems. Media currently available: preprinted barcode labels, Compassmax produced barcode labels, Compassmax produced nylon care tags, RFID tags. Permanent barcodes track number of times an item has been in. Barcode history by item and customer. Enhanced price list maintenance for easy price adjustments for existing permanent barcodes. Can edit barcoded items already marked in to adjust pricing or descriptors. Instant barcode check for same number already marked in or currently being marked in from another station to eliminate mistakes.
DESCRIPTORS
Unlimited descriptor windows to mark in item for maximum pricing. Setup manufacturer labels and shirt sizes for more detailed description tracking of garments. Permanent barcodes save and repeat descriptors used, or they can be changed on the fly for one-time special instructions.
WIDE SCREEN REPORTING
Wide screen production totals screen that toggles between English and Spanish. Wide screen options available by service type or lot. User defined refresh rate giving updated numbers as production is happening. Displays status of scan departments when using PPOH or item piece tracking. Shows current operators clocked in.

All-new Assembly Assistant offers many of the features of leading assembly conveyors. Let the computer assemble the orders for you.
