Compassmax
can be set up to manage multiple locations in several ways. Run
each facility independently and enjoy the ability to download all
reports and accounts receivable overnight, automatically. Or set
up a Wide Area Network and have all locations operating on line
in real time. Whichever system you choose to set up,
reporting and accounting information will still be maintained for
each individual location.
- Select
specific reports to transfer to a central location (this can be
done when the locations are closed and employees do not need to
be present).
- Accounts
receivable transactions may be transferred to a central office
to allow all statement processing to occur at a single location.
- When
accounts receivable billing is done at a central office, detailed
ticket history is still maintained at the store location.
- A
Wide Area Network will allow all stores to operate from a centralized
computer. A single customer base for all locations, with all store
data, will be maintained at the central location.
- Store
locations will be printed on each ticket.
- Orders
may be dropped off at one location and specified for pick up at
another location.
- Route
customers may drop off an order at a store and specify that the
orders be delivered on their normal route stop.
- Reports
can be run for specific store locations or for routes.
